We've been at the Saleh Center on the third floor for quite a while now. It's located on Cunningham Road in the Vasanth Nagar area. Most people find their way to us when their computer suddenly stops working or a hard drive makes a strange clicking sound and won't open. We deal with lots of broken disks and lost files every single day. It’s mostly quiet work, just sitting at our workbenches with various tools and looking at code on screens for hours on end. We see people come in who are pretty stressed out because they've lost years of family photos or important work documents they didn't back up. We just try to get the data back for them if it's at all possible. The office isn't anything fancy or impressive, just a practical lab space where we keep all our specialized equipment and spare parts. Sometimes a job is relatively quick and we can fix it in a day, and other times it takes a whole week of slow scanning and testing different components. We've seen all sorts of drives come through these doors over the years, from old bulky ones to the new small ones. It’s just us doing the technical work and answering the phones when they ring. If you’re looking for where we are, we’re right there in that building near Vasanth Nagar. We don't really do much advertising, it's mostly just local folks coming in because they heard we can fix disks. It’s a very specialized kind of job.
