Direct Logistics India Pvt Ltd is located at 112 Domlur, right across from the Kalki Temple. It’s a very easy place to find because of the temple, but the street itself can be a bit of a squeeze when the delivery vans are trying to park. Our office is a straightforward space on the ground floor. We have some heavy-duty shelves for the smaller parcels and a couple of desks where we handle all the paperwork. The air conditioning works when it wants to, so we usually have a couple of fans blowing air around. It’s a busy atmosphere with people coming in to drop off packages or ask about shipping rates to different parts of the country. We have a lot of clipboards and pens chained to the desks so they don't go missing. The noise from the temple bells and the street traffic blends together throughout the day. We don’t have any fancy decorations; the walls just have some old calendars and a map of the city pinned up. It’s a place of work where we focus on moving things from one point to another. We know most of the regular drivers by name, and we usually have a quick chat while they sign their papers. It’s just honest work, keeping track of where everything is and making sure the boxes go to the right trucks before the day ends.
