Dilip Associates

Our place is over at 179/5 in Sadashiva Nagar. It is a pretty quiet area compared to some other parts of the city, which we like. Dilip Associates has been tucked away here for a good while. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working at our desks and taking phone calls. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask a quick question. We try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always stay that way when we are in the middle of a big project. The building is old and the paint is peeling in some corners, but there's decent light coming through the windows in the afternoon. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. It’s a basic office setup with a few chairs and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or the latest gadgets if the old ones still work fine. Most people who deal with us know we are pretty straightforward. We don’t use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know our job and we do it. If you walk past Sadashiva Nagar 179/5, you’ll see us there, probably with the windows open if the weather is nice and the dust isn't too bad.
