Our place is at 109/A in Bommasandra, tucked away in the Nana Peth area right behind the SKF Bearing facility. It can be a little tricky to find if you haven't been here before, but once you see the SKF sign, you're close. We handle a lot of industrial work here. It’s mostly about machinery and parts that go into larger systems. The building we’re in has been around for a while and it has that old industrial feel to it. We don't have air conditioning in the main work area, so it gets pretty warm in the afternoons. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We don't go in for fancy titles or long meetings. Usually, we just talk over things during our break or while we’re working on a machine. The neighborhood is full of other workshops and warehouses, so there’s always a lot of activity and trucks moving around. We’ve had to learn to be flexible because things don't always go according to plan in this business. A part might be late or a machine might act up. We just deal with it and keep going. We don't have a big front office, just a small desk where we keep the invoices and the phone. It’s a no-nonsense environment where we focus on getting the orders out the door. We don't worry about being fancy; we just want the work to be right.
