You can find us over at 79 Nandini Layout on Bhatar Road. It is a decent area and we have settled in pretty well over the years. Most of the time we are just focused on the day-to-day tasks that keep a business like this running. We handle technical stuff, mostly related to diamonds and cutting tools, which is actually more interesting than it sounds once you get into the details. The shop is not anything special to look at from the outside. We have a small front desk where we talk to customers and a back area where most of the heavy lifting happens. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the machinery, but that is just part of the trade we are in. We try to be helpful when people have questions about which blade or bit they should be using for a specific material they are working with. It is not always easy to explain the technical parts, but we do our best using plain words. We have seen a lot of different projects come through our doors over the months. Some people are working on big construction sites and others are just fixing something small at home. We treat everyone the same regardless of what they are buying. The traffic on Bhatar Road can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early. It is just us working hard and trying to stay busy.
