Our place is in Shridhar Nagar, which is part of the Dhankawadi area here in Pune. We are located at number 8 Ramamurthy Nagar on the first floor. A good landmark is the police station, we are right opposite to it. It makes the location very easy to describe to people who haven't visited us before. Diamond Display Solutions is where we put together various display setups. It’s more of a workspace than a fancy showroom. We have tools laying around and parts waiting to be assembled. It can be a bit dusty sometimes because of the work we do, but we try to keep it organized as much as possible. The team here is a mix of people who have been doing this for years and some newer faces. We don't have a polished corporate vibe. We’re more about getting the job done right. If you come by, you’ll probably hear some drilling or the sound of metal being moved around. We’ve got a small area for meetings, but mostly we’re out on the floor working on things. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for concentrating. We have our routine, starting early in the morning with some coffee and a chat about what needs to get finished by the end of the day. We don't use scripts or prepared speeches. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. It’s a decent way to run a business for us.
