People often get lost trying to find 11th Cross in Chandra Layout because the stages and phases can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We are located at number 499 in Arundathi Nagar, which is right by Shidda Ganga Public School. Most people just look for the school and then they see us. It is a busy little corner of Bangalore. We started this place because diabetes is becoming such a common thing for everyone in the neighborhood. You see people of all ages dealing with it now. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We open up early, clean the waiting area, and get the files ready. Some days it gets quite crowded, especially in the mornings when people want to get their sugar levels checked before breakfast. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we can help folks manage their health. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for patients to park, so we tell them to come a bit earlier if they can. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us. It feels like we are part of the scenery here. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth usually does the job. People tell their neighbors or relatives about their visits and that is how we stay busy. It’s just how things work in this part of town.
