We are located on the second floor of Pirgals Arcade, right there on Narasimharaja Road near the Town Hall. It is a busy part of the city, especially with Jumma Masjid Road right there too. Di Techno Machinery & Equipment Pvt Ltd has been in this building for a while now. Being on the second floor means we have to haul everything up, but we have gotten used to it. The office is usually full of papers and manuals for the different machines we handle. It is not the quietest place because of the street noise outside, but it is a central spot that is easy for people to find. We spend a lot of our time coordinating shipments and talking to technicians. It is a lot of logistical work. The arcade itself is an old building, and it has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit much on a hot day. We do not really do the whole fancy corporate office thing. It is just desks, chairs, and a lot of equipment catalogs. People come by when they need a specific machine or if they have a question about something they already bought. We just try to give them a straight answer. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. From answering the phone to checking the inventory, there is always something to keep us occupied. It is just how we run things every day.
