The shop is over in Electronic City, specifically at Rose Villa on JS Road 4. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we have been here for a while. We deal with all kinds of home appliances that people need for their daily lives. Our space is filled with things like stoves, mixers, and other items that usually need fixing or replacing. It’s not a huge showroom, just a practical place where we keep our stock and tools. People from the nearby apartments often stop in when something breaks down at home. We spend a lot of time looking at parts and trying to figure out why a machine stopped working. It can get a bit messy with boxes and spare parts lying around, but we know where everything is. Electronic City is always busy, so there is usually someone walking in with a question about a repair. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that; people mostly find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We just do our work and try to keep things running for the folks around here. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive, but that’s just part of the business. It’s a quiet enough life at Rose Villa, just focusing on the gadgets and the customers who need them fixed. We keep a ledger for the repairs and check things off as we go. It’s a good feeling to see a broken stove working again.
