Dhanalakshmi Tools & Multi Products

We are located in the Pete Channappa Industrial Area, right on the first floor of building number 32. Being out here in Kamakshipalya near Magadi Main Road means we see a lot of industrial activity every single day. Dhanalakshmi Tools & Multi Products is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. We carry a whole range of items, not just tools, which is why we have "multi products" in the name. It gets dusty in the industrial area, so we are always wiping down the counters. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand employees. It’s just us here making sure the orders for the local factories get filled properly. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and wait for it to come back on. That’s life in this part of town. We’ve got a lot of regular guys who stop in because they know we usually have what they’re looking for. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep when you’re carrying a heavy crate, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they were walking by or a friend told them we were here. We just try to stay open on time and help out whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple way to run things and it has worked for us so far.
