Design & Decor is located at No.65/1A on Sarjapur Road, right near the Wipro Corporate Office in Kaikondrahalli. If you’ve ever driven down this road, you know the traffic is a total mess, but we’re right here in the middle of it. Our space is usually overflowing with fabric swatches, rug samples, and catalogs that are falling apart from being used so much. It’s a bit of a chaotic environment, but that’s just how it goes when you’re trying to put a room together. We spend a lot of time talking to carpenters and painters, often with a bit of dust on our shoes. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly organized; there’s always a pile of tiles here or a roll of wallpaper there. We don’t do those fancy presentations with a lot of buzzwords. Usually, we just sit down with a pencil and paper and sketch out what might work. Most of our days are spent out on site, making sure the measurements were right or arguing about a shade of paint that looks different under the lights. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and checking the quality of materials. We’re just a small team of people who like making spaces look a bit better than they did before. It’s tiring and the hours are long, but seeing a project finally come together makes it worth the headache.
