Our place is over in Vijayanagar at R-6, which is part of the CPWD Quarters. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an automotive systems company, but it works well for us. The surroundings are mostly residential, so it stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We spend our time dealing with various vehicle components and technical specifications. It’s a straightforward operation with a few rooms where we keep our tools and paperwork. We don’t have a lobby or a fancy entrance for visitors. You just walk in and you’re in the middle of where the work happens. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit or have our lunch. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of us live nearby and walk or cycle to the office every day. We don't talk like corporate executives; we just talk about what needs to be fixed or sent out next. The building itself has that government-quarter look, which is quite familiar to anyone in the area. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and don’t worry too much about anything else. It’s a small, dedicated group of people just trying to do their best with the resources we have. We like the quiet vibe of the quarters and the sense of community around here, even when the work gets a little stressful.
