Deccan Educational Trust

We run the Deccan Educational Trust out of a building on 8th Main in New Thippasandra. It is number 229, right in the middle of a busy part of the neighborhood. Things are always moving around here with people walking by and the usual traffic sounds. We have been part of this area for a long time. Our days are filled with handling all the different things that come with running an educational trust. Between organizing books, fixing schedules, and answering questions about classes, there is never a dull moment. It can get a bit loud and messy, especially when we have a lot going on at once. Instead of a fancy office with glass walls, we have a practical space with wooden desks and stacks of paper everywhere. We started this because we wanted to have a place that helps out with learning and education right here in our own community. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Bangalore for years, so we know the people. Big marketing and flashy advertisements aren't really our thing. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. Keeping our doors open and helping anyone who comes in with a question about their studies or the trust's work is our priority. It is busy but it is what we do and we like it.
