We are over here in Banashankari 3rd stage, right by the Pune Mumbai Bypass. If you know the Bhavani Housing Cooperative Society, then finding our spot at 39/11B isn't too hard, though the bypass traffic can be a real headache some mornings. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot going on. The office itself is just a regular place where we get our work done every day. We’ve got desks, computers, and a small area for tea breaks that gets a bit crowded around four in the afternoon. People from the housing society walk past all the time, so there’s always some noise from the street coming through the windows. It’s not a fancy corporate building with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a solid, practical space in a part of town that’s always moving. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but that’s just how things go around here. We know the neighbors, and we know which local shops have the best snacks when we’re staying late. It feels like a neighborhood spot even though we are doing technical work. The bypass is right there, so you hear the trucks and the horns all day long, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. We keep things simple and try to stay organized. There’s no big lobby or receptionist to greet you, just us working away in our corner of the society.
