D International Design

D International Design is located over in Chikkalsandra on Uttarahalli Main Road. Our office is on the first floor of building 313/A in the BHCS Layout. If you know where the State Bank of Mysore is around here, we are just near that. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of noise outside, but it’s a good spot to be. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, focusing on interior design and how to make local homes look a bit better. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of assistants. It’s more of a hands-on type of place. We spend a lot of our time drawing up plans and then heading out to meet contractors. The first floor gets a bit of light in the afternoon which is nice when we are trying to match paint colors or look at fabric swatches. People in the layout often drop by just to ask for advice or see if we can help with a renovation. We handle a lot of the practical stuff that goes into a house, like fixing up the kitchen or figuring out the lighting. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we are here late finishing up a design for a deadline. It’s just how it is in this business. We try to keep things simple and focus on the job at hand.
