Cupa Animal Care Hospital

Cupa Animal Care Hospital is located at number 4, New Dev Goda Road, right in Himaya Garden. We are in the R.T. Nagar area, specifically near the 1st Main. It’s a place that is never quiet, mostly because of the dogs. There is almost always a bark or a meow coming from somewhere in the building. We see all kinds of pets and sometimes even stray animals that people bring in from the street. The floors are made of easy-to-clean tile because, as you can imagine, things get messy quite often. Our staff really cares about the animals, even the ones that try to bite or scratch us when they are scared. The waiting room is usually a mix of people holding cat carriers or keeping their dogs on short leashes. It can get a bit chaotic when two dogs decide they don’t like each other. We have different sections for surgery, recovery, and regular check-ups. The smell of antiseptic is very strong here, mixed with the smell of pet food. We spend a lot of time cleaning cages and making sure the water bowls are full. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes smelly job, but it’s what we do every day. We don't have a fancy reception area with soft music; instead, we have posters of lost pets and bins of donated blankets. It’s just a real place for animals that need some help. We see everything from tiny kittens to very old dogs.
