Cuicina Products

Cuicina Products is based at 189 Sharan Sadan, on the 1st Main in Mahalaxmi Puram. It’s a residential area that has slowly turned more commercial over the years. We mostly deal with kitchenware and household items. The building is an old converted house, so the layout is a bit strange for a business. We have boxes of pots, pans, and utensils stacked in what used to be a living room. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we get a new shipment in. There are only a couple of us working here, so we end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to packing boxes. We don't have a fancy display window or anything. Usually, people just come by if they’ve heard about us or if they’re looking for something specific for their kitchen. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually when we take our break. We try to keep things simple and don't bother with a lot of the modern business trends. If the inventory is correct and the customers get their items, then we're happy. Sometimes we lose track of a specific invoice in the piles of paper, but we always find it eventually. It’s a quiet life here in Mahalaxmi Puram, just keeping the shop running and making sure the shelves stay somewhat full. We like it this way.
