Craftsmen Tools

We are based at 22/A Bannerghatta Road in the N S Palya area. The shop is Craftsmen Tools and we have been in this spot for quite a long time. The address is also listed as 298/371 depending on which old records you look at. We have a lot of different tools stacked up on the shelves. It is mostly stuff for people who do manual work, like hammers, saws, and wrenches. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use every bit of space we have. There are boxes under the counters and hanging from the walls. Bannerghatta Road is always very busy with traffic, so we get a lot of noise from the street. Most of our customers are from the local neighborhood or workers who are passing through on their way to a job site. They usually know exactly what they need, so they don't spend much time looking around. We have a small stool near the entrance where we sit when things are quiet. The floor is made of old tiles that are a bit cracked in places. We don't bother with fancy renovations because it wouldn't change the tools we sell. We know most of the regulars by their faces and what they usually buy. It’s a simple business and we don't try to make it sound more important than it is. We just sell tools.
