Our office isn't some fancy high-rise. It’s a practical building where we spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and planning our next jobs. The main road can get pretty loud with all the trucks going towards Tumkur, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We are just a group of people who know how to put things together. There aren't any big corporate slogans here. We usually have the windows open, and there’s often a bit of dust because of all the development in Chikkabidrakallu. We don't have a big staff, so if the phone rings, someone just grabs it. We’ve been at Adhishakthi Nilya for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things moving. It’s just how we do things here. We don't pretend to be something we aren't.
