Our office is at No. 137 in Koramangala, right on the Hosur Main Road. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of movement, which makes sense for what we do at Countrywide Movers & Packers Pvt Ltd. There’s usually a truck or two parked nearby, and we are always dealing with boxes and tape. The space inside is mostly a staging area. It’s not very tidy because there is always something being moved or packed up. We have a small desk near the entrance where we keep the logs and the phone. It rings quite a bit. Koramangala is a busy part of town, so there are always people dropping by to ask about prices or schedules. The floor is scratched up from all the heavy lifting, and the walls have a few scuffs here and there. We don't mind it, it shows we’re working. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. We’ve got a small crew, and we’ve all been doing this for years. We know the shortcuts around Hosur Road to avoid the worst of the jams. It’s a basic setup at number 137. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of plastic chairs. We focus on getting the crates ready and making sure the labels are on right. We usually wrap things up when the evening traffic starts peaking.
