Columbia Asia Hospital

The Columbia Asia Hospital is right here in Hebbal. If you know the Bengaluru area, you’ve probably seen us around the Hebbal part of town. It’s a busy spot. People are always coming and going. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most days it’s just about keeping things moving. We deal with all sorts of things that walk through the door. Sometimes it’s quiet, but usually, there is a lot of noise from the traffic outside. The staff here mostly lives nearby. We drink a lot of coffee in the break room. It’s not a fancy place, just a hospital where we do the work. You find us easily because of where we are situated. Bengaluru traffic is no joke, so being right in Hebbal helps people get here faster than other places. We have floors for different things, and the elevators can be a bit slow when it's peak time. Every morning starts with a shift change. We check the lists and see who needs what. There’s a routine to it. Some of us have worked here since it opened. It feels like a second home after a while. We don't really do much talking about goals or anything, we just focus on the patients that are actually here. It's a job, but it matters to the folks in this neighborhood. We keep the lights on and the doors open. That's pretty much what goes on here every day.
