Our office takes up the 6th and 7th floors near the Manyata Embassy Business Park in the Nagawara and Sahakar Nagar area. It is a busy part of Pune, and the commute can be a real grind sometimes, especially when the tech park traffic peaks. We do technology services at Colt, which basically means a lot of us are staring at screens for most of the day. The office is pretty standard for a tech company—lots of rows of desks and some break areas where we grab snacks. It is not some perfect, zen-like space you see in magazines. There are usually empty coffee cups around and people chatting about their weekend. We are just a bunch of regular people who happen to be good with networks and data. We have been in this spot for a while now. The 6th floor is where most of the heavy lifting happens, and the 7th floor has a bit more space for meetings. We do not bother with a lot of the corporate talk. If something breaks, we fix it. If a client has a question, we answer it as best as we can. It is a steady rhythm here. We like being close to the business park because there are good places to eat nearby, even if the noise from the road never really stops. We are just part of the local tech scene, trying to keep things running.
