Our office is on the second floor at 315, 14th Cross in the 2nd Block of Jayanagar. Code Red Electronics & Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been tucked away here for some time. Jayanagar is a nice area, a bit quieter than the main city parts, which we really like. We have a lot of wires, cameras, and boards laying around most of the time. Security systems are what we deal with, so there’s always something new to test or an old part to fix. It’s not a polished showroom for customers. It’s a working office where things actually get built and repaired. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we’re used to them by now. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We mostly just talk to people who live or work nearby in the block. It’s a small team, so when you call, you usually talk to the same person every time. We don’t like the corporate way of doing things where you get put on hold for twenty minutes. We just pick up the phone. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office. It depends on the week and how many people need help. We just try to keep things secure for people. It’s a living, and we enjoy the technical side of the work. We don't need a fancy lobby or expensive furniture to do good work. It’s just us.
