We’re located on the 1st floor of Sreenivasa Complex 6, at 34/9. Cnc India Tools Services (P) Ltd. has been here for a bit now, and the stairs up to the office still feel just as steep as they did on day one. It’s a busy little complex, lots of people coming and going. Our space is filled with parts, manuals, and a few computers that have seen better days. We mostly handle services for CNC tools, so people bring us stuff that isn’t working right or needs a bit of a tune-up. It can get pretty cramped when a lot of gear comes in at once. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know how these machines tick. Sometimes it takes a while to figure out why a tool is acting up, and those are the days we end up staying late and ordering food in. The lighting isn't the best in the back room, but we’ve got enough lamps to see what we’re doing. We talk to a lot of different people every week, mostly shop owners who are stressed because their production stopped. We try to help them out without making things too complicated. It’s a noisy, busy life in the complex, but it suits us just fine. We just keep plugging away at the repairs and keeping the tools running for everyone who stops by.
