We are over at the Management Office India inside The Icon on the 2nd Floor. The address is No-8 on the 80-Feet Road in HAL 3rd Stage, Indra. This is where the administrative side of Clombia Asia Hospital Private Limited happens. It’s a fairly modern building compared to some of the others around this part of Bangalore. Being right on the 80-Feet Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by all day, but since we are up on the second floor, the noise isn't too bad for us while we work. We handle a lot of the back-end paperwork and logistics here. There are desks everywhere and plenty of files to go through. It’s not a place where we see patients or anything like that, it’s mostly just the office staff working on computers. We have meetings in the small conference room quite often. The office gets a good amount of light from the windows, which makes it a decent place to spend the day. We spend a lot of time on calls and sorting out the hospital schedules. It’s a lot of responsibility to keep everything running behind the scenes, but we have a solid team here. Sometimes we go out to the local spots for tea when we need a break from the screens. We’ve been in this office for a while now and it suits our needs for managing the business operations.
