We are located at 18 Murugeshpalya 17th Cross, right on MC Road. The office is tucked away in a corner and has a lot of metal shelves for all the parcels we handle. It started out as just me and a bike, but now we have a few more boys helping with the deliveries across the city. Every morning is a bit chaotic because we have to sort through everything that came in overnight. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and trying to figure out the fastest way to get to the other side of town without getting stuck. The rain really slows us down, and we have to make sure everything is covered in thick plastic so the papers and boxes don't get wet. Our main desk is usually covered in receipts and half-drunk cups of tea from the stall next door. Sometimes the handwriting on the boxes is hard to read, which makes things difficult for the drivers. We don't have a fancy computer system, we just use our phones to keep in touch with each other. The neighbors sometimes complain about the bikes parked out front, so we try to keep them organized in a single line. It is a busy little place and the phone rings almost constantly. Most of the people around here know us because we are always running back and forth. We don't do anything complicated, just moving things from one place to another.
