We’ve been running Cito Infotech from our office at No. 11/1 on the 3rd Cross of Nandi Durga Road for quite some time. It’s a nice, relatively quiet street compared to the main roads, which helps when you’re trying to focus on software and technical problems. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group of people who actually enjoy figuring out why a system isn't working the way it should. Most of our day is spent looking at screens, typing out code, or talking to clients over the phone about their IT needs. Sometimes people drop by the office because they are in the neighborhood and need something looked at. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You usually just walk in and find someone at a desk. We handle various tech tasks, from managing data to helping businesses get their digital stuff sorted out. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We’ve had to learn a lot of new things as technology changes, but the basics of good work stay the same. We like being on Nandi Durga Road; there are good places to get coffee nearby when our brains get tired. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just provide tech help to people who need it and try to stay on top of our workload.
