Chowgule Construction Chemical Pvt. Ltd. is located over in the Unity Building. We are on the second floor of Tower Block II on Mission Road. It is a busy part of the city, and the office reflects that. We deal with construction chemicals, which isn't the most exciting thing to talk about, but it is necessary. Our days are filled with looking over orders and talking to contractors who need specific sealants or coatings. The office is pretty simple with just enough desks for everyone. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, though the view is mostly just traffic. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. We have been working from this spot for several years now. Most of the people who work here are locals who know the industry well. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the right chemicals to the job sites. It’s a practical business. We try to keep our paperwork organized, but it can get a bit hectic during the peak building season. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the phone or checking stock lists. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just run a straightforward operation from this floor in the tower.
