Chethan Creamic

Chethan Creamic is situated at No.10 near the Deccan Complex on Mysore Road. We are specifically on the 15th Main in Malathahalli. This area stays quite busy with people heading toward the city or coming back out. The shop focuses on ceramics, mostly for bathrooms and kitchens. We have rows of tiles leaning against the walls and stacks of sinks in the corner. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, so we’re usually pretty tired by the end of the day. The showroom isn’t anything fancy. We just have the samples laid out so people can see the colors and patterns. The lighting isn't great, but it’s real. We don’t have sales staff following you around. Usually, there’s just one or two of us here to answer questions if you have them. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside and we have to wipe down the tiles every few hours. It’s a straightforward business. We buy the stock and we sell it to people building houses nearby. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just drop in when they are passing by the complex. We keep some old chairs for customers to sit on while we check the stock in the back. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We just stay here and wait for the next customer to walk through the door.
