Charan Driving School

I started Charan Driving School here in Jp Nagar 1St Main, Phase Vii No 683, quite a few years back. Driving in this part of Bangalore is no joke, especially with all the new traffic these days. I spend most of my day in the passenger seat, reaching for the extra brake pedal whenever a student gets a bit too nervous near a junction. We have a couple of small hatchbacks that are easy for beginners to handle. They aren't new cars, so they have their fair share of scratches and dings, but they run well enough for practice. Teaching someone how to find the biting point on the clutch can be a real test of patience, but I’ve gotten used to it over time. Most of our students are young people getting their first license, though we get some older folks too who never had the chance to learn before. The office is just a small room where we keep the logs and the registration forms. It’s nothing special to look at. I usually handle the schedules myself on a big paper calendar. People call me up or just stop by the car when they see us parked. It is a simple business. We don't promise anything fancy, just that we will sit with you until you can handle the road on your own.
