Being here in Malleswaram means there is always a lot of foot traffic and people popping in to ask questions. We have the clinic and the lab all in one spot, which makes things a bit easier for everyone. The building is a typical one for this street, and we’ve tried to make the most of the space we have inside. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit crowded, especially in the mornings when people come for their blood tests. We try to move things along, but we aren't always as fast as we'd like to be. It’s just the nature of running a diagnostic lab and a clinic at the same time. The staff spends a lot of time on their feet, running between the lab machines and the consultation rooms.
