Cargomar Pvt Ltd is based at 36-37 Banaswadi Avp Plaza. We are right near the Exide Battery Shop, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone visiting. The office is in a busy part of Banaswadi, and there’s always something happening outside on the street. We spend most of our time on the phone or at our computers, tracking shipments and talking to agents. It’s a lot of logistics work, which means things can get pretty stressful when a boat or a plane is late. The office is simple, with just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets for all the customs documents. We’ve been at this plaza for several years. The local area has a lot of shops, so we usually grab lunch at one of the stalls nearby. It’s a small team here, and we all have to pitch in on different tasks. We don’t really have a big corporate feel; it’s more like a group of people trying to solve puzzles every day. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the building. We focus on getting the cargo from point A to point B without too many problems. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time because they know we’re just regular people who will tell them the truth about their shipments. We just keep working through the piles of paperwork every day.
