Career Crossroad

Career Crossroad is located at 55 HAL Second Stage, on 13th C Main in Indiranagar. This is one of those parts of Bangalore that never really sleeps. Our office is in a residential-style building that has been converted for work use. It has a bit of a homey feel, which is nice when you are spending ten hours a day there. We have people coming in all the time looking for advice on their jobs or searching for new roles. The 13th C Main road gets quite crowded with cars and bikes, especially during the lunch hour. We have a few small rooms where we can sit down and talk to people privately. It is not a massive operation. We keep things pretty simple with just the basic office equipment we need. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to emails. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like the vegetable vendors or the neighbors' dogs, while we work. It is a far cry from those sterile office parks on the outskirts of the city. We like being in Indiranagar because everything we need is just a short walk away. The building itself is older, with high ceilings and those heavy wooden doors. It is just a practical place for us to do our thing and help folks figure out their next steps.
