Our small workshop is located at 59/1 in Prakash Nagar, right on the 1st Main Road near Nagasandra Garden. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some of the bigger commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. We spend our days surrounded by various types of equipment and machining tools. The space isn’t very large, so we have to be careful about where we put things so we don't trip over our own feet. We started here because the location was convenient for getting parts in and out. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the machines running and the radio playing in the background. We aren't big on decorations; the walls are mostly covered with calendars and old notes we’ve scribbled over the years. When the weather is nice, the breeze from the garden area nearby makes it a pleasant place to work. We’ve had the same neighbors for a long time, and we all kind of look out for each other’s shops. It’s a simple setup where we handle whatever work comes our way. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a big project, but we eventually sort it out. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. We just open the shutters in the morning and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. It’s a decent way to earn a living in a part of town we know well and where people recognize us.
