Call Centre College

We are tucked away on Madras Bank Road, right next to the Hotel Empire in the middle of Bangalore. It is a very central spot, so there is always a huge amount of noise and movement right outside our door. This place is not like a traditional college with a big green campus. It is more of a specialized training center where people come to learn very specific skills for their jobs. The building is a bit older, which is pretty typical for this specific part of the city. We have a few different rooms set up with rows of computers and simple desks. Most of our students are young people who are looking to get their first job in the workforce. We do not have a canteen or a gym for the students to use. Most people just walk over to the nearby shops or into Hotel Empire if they want to get something to eat. It is a very practical and straightforward setup for everyone involved. We focus almost entirely on the training and getting people ready for their daily work. The stairs inside are a little bit narrow and the whole place can get quite crowded during the peak afternoon hours. We do not really spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. If you walk down Madras Bank Road, you will see our sign. We just keep the computers running and the lights on every single day.
