You can find us over in Marathahalli, specifically on the 2nd floor of the 3 B Building. We are on 3rd Main, 5th Cross, at number 2. It is a bit of a maze back here, but it is a good location once you get the hang of the streets. Cadence is a name people in design know, but here on the ground, we are just a team working through projects. The 2nd floor gets a decent amount of light, which helps when you are doing the kind of detailed work we do. It is not a silent office; there is always someone talking about a design layout or grabbing a drink from the kitchen. We have got our own way of doing things. It is not always the most organized-looking place, with papers and hardware bits here and there, but we know where everything is. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations. We would rather spend that time getting the designs right. Marathahalli is always moving, and we kind of like that energy. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the local spots nearby. It is a mix of different people here, some who have been with us for years and some new faces. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to make things work. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment for us to get work done.
