Buhler India is spread across several units here—12D, 13B, 13C, and 13D. Having the business divided like that means we are always walking back and forth between the different sections. It keeps us active, that’s for sure. One unit might be for assembly while the other is for storage or office work, and it can get a bit chaotic when we’re trying to find someone who’s stepped over to the next building. We’ve got a lot of heavy equipment and parts moving through these doors every single day. It’s a very practical setup without any of the fluff you see in modern tech offices. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving crates, and the floors have seen better days, but it’s a workspace that actually sees use. We don't have any big mission statements hanging on the walls; we just have schedules and technical drawings pinned up where people can see them. Most of the staff has been working with this kind of machinery for years, so everyone pretty much knows how everything works on the floor. When something goes wrong or a machine acts up, there’s always someone nearby who knows the trick to get it moving again. It’s a busy, functional environment where the focus is just on the task at hand. We stay pretty quiet about what we do and just let the work speak for itself. It’s just how we do things.
