It’s part of Banashankari 3rd Stage, which is a really busy part of Bangalore. We’re right there on the main road, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people walking by our front door. It’s a commerce and management college, so we have a lot of students who are interested in business and accounting. The building itself is pretty standard for this neighborhood—nothing too flashy, just a place with classrooms and an office where we handle all the admissions. We spend our days answering the phone, talking to students who are worried about their exams, and making sure the schedules are posted on the board correctly. We don't have a huge marketing team or anything like that. Most of our students come here because they live in the area and it's convenient for them to get here. The staff is friendly, and we usually have a laugh or two during the tea breaks in the afternoon. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place to work. We don't try to sound like a big corporate office because we aren't one. We’re just a local college trying to do right by the students who choose to study with us. We keep things simple and focus on the basics of teaching and running the place without any drama.
