We've been here on Hosur Road for quite a while now. Most people around Adugodi know where the Po Box No.3000 office is. It’s a busy place with lots of folks coming and going every day. Working at BOSCH Ltd. means dealing with a lot of technical stuff, but at the end of the day, we’re just a group of people trying to get things right. The traffic on Hosur Road can be a nightmare sometimes, especially during shift changes, but we manage. Inside the gates, it's a different world. We have different departments doing all sorts of engineering and manufacturing work. It isn't always fancy. Some days are just about fixing machines or sitting through long meetings to figure out a production glitch. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to make things work better. It’s not just a big name on a sign; it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. Some of the guys have been here for twenty years, and they've seen the whole area change from quiet outskirts to this crowded hub. We handle a lot of parts and systems that go into cars and machines. It’s practical work. We don't really do the flashy stuff you see in ads. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families. It’s a steady life here in this part of town and we like it.
