Our workplace is situated in Electronic City, specifically within the Alkapuri Arunoday Society at number 703. While the name Bosch Automotive Electronics sounds quite large, this particular spot is where a lot of the actual day-to-day bench work happens. We spend our hours looking at circuit boards and testing various electronic components that eventually end up in cars. It’s a lot of sitting under bright lights and using small tools to fix or check things. The office isn't like those fancy glass buildings you see elsewhere in Electronic City; it’s more of a functional space where work comes first. We have a small kitchen area where we all gather for tea, and that’s usually when we talk about everything except work. The street outside, Alkapuri, is relatively quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice when you need to concentrate. We have stacks of manuals and technical drawings everywhere, and sometimes it’s hard to find a clear spot on the desk to eat lunch. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the quirks of the equipment we use. It’s technical work that requires a lot of patience, especially when a part isn't behaving the way it should. We just keep at it until the job is done properly. It’s a steady routine of testing, fixing, and documenting what we find.
