Bnow Academy Foundation

Our office is over in the Xylem Building, up on the 5th floor. We are located in Mahadevpura, right on the White Field Main Road. It’s a busy area, as anyone who lives in Bangalore can tell you. Plot No. 4 and 4A is where the building sits. We spend a lot of time looking out the windows at the traffic below. It’s a decent workspace, even if the elevators are a bit slow during the lunch rush. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small foundation team trying to keep things running smoothly. The 5th floor suits us fine. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sitting at our desks. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. It’s just work. People come and go from the other offices in the building, but we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the academy tasks. Getting here can be a bit of a trek if you aren't already in the Whitefield area, but we’ve gotten used to the commute. We keep a few plants in the office to make it feel a bit more like home, though we sometimes forget to water them. It’s a practical place for us to be based. We aren't here to impress anyone with a posh office, just to get the job done. The lobby downstairs is usually full of delivery drivers, so it’s always quite energetic.
