Bishal Paper Convertors is located over at 3/9, Kodi Chikanna Halli Cross Road. If you know the area, you know it’s right near the M.G. Infant School. During the mornings and afternoons, the street is packed with parents and kids, so getting a truck in or out of here is a real test of patience. We spend a lot of our time dealing with paper in all its forms, and you can usually smell the pulp and the glue when you walk in the door. It’s a bit of a dusty business, honestly. Bilekhalli has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings going up every year, but our little corner on Bannerghatta Road stays pretty much the same. The machines we use are loud and they take up most of the floor space, so we have to move carefully so we don't trip over something. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come right into the work area. We’re just a small crew, and half the time we’re covered in bits of paper or ink. It’s honest work, even if it’s messy. We just try to get the orders finished and out the door before the evening traffic starts, though we don’t always win that race. It’s a busy life but we like being part of the neighborhood.
