Our office is tucked into No. 17 at Ashirwad Towers, right there in the middle of the Marathahalli chaos. If you've ever spent time on the Mahadevapura Ring Road, you know exactly what the traffic is like outside our windows. It's constant. Here at Bharathi Dasan Institute Of Management, we deal with a lot of students who are trying to figure out their next steps in the business world. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of printed out syllabuses that seem to pile up on every available surface. We don't have any of those sleek, glass-walled offices you see in movies. It’s more about practical stuff like making sure the projectors work and that the schedules for the Doddanekkundi Crs classes are posted on time. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when the afternoon sun hits the building, but we just get on with things. People come in and out all day asking about admissions or where their next lecture is supposed to be. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails that never seem to end. It’s a busy spot in a busy part of town, and we’re just the people making sure the daily paperwork gets handled so the students have a place to sit and learn. It's not glamorous, but it keeps us on our toes every single day without fail.
