We are Bharathi Biotech Bangalore, and you’ll find us at No. 826 on the 14th Main, 3rd Cross in Srinivas Nagar. This is part of the Banashankari 3rd Stage area. It’s a busy part of town, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. It’s a mix of office space and some lab areas where we do our biotech work. It’s not like the movies; it’s mostly just a lot of careful measuring and keeping things clean. The staff here is a mix of people who have lived in Bangalore their whole lives and some who moved here for the job. We have a routine where we start around nine and keep going until the work for the day is finished. The 14th Main can get really backed up with traffic in the evenings, so we usually wait a bit before heading home. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. Sometimes I’m answering the door and other times I’m checking on the equipment. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on our samples and our research without making a big fuss about it. It’s just what we do here in Srinivas Nagar every day, trying to stay organized and get our results.
