Bharat Tools Co is located at 30 Sadar Patrappa Road, inside M B Chambers. We are right by the City Market Masjid, so the area is always full of life and noise. It’s a very traditional part of town, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a good while. Our shop is crowded with all sorts of things, mostly tools and hardware piled up on shelves. It isn't the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. You have to navigate through the narrow lanes to get to us, which can be an adventure if you aren't used to it. We spend our days chatting with customers and helping them find the right bits and pieces for their projects. There is no corporate polish here. We wear regular clothes and get our hands dusty. The sounds from the market and the mosque are just part of our daily background. It’s a place where deals are made with a handshake and a lot of talking. We don't have a website that we update or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first person to walk in. It’s a simple business. We like the energy of being near the market. It keeps us on our toes. We are just a local tool shop doing our thing in a busy corner of the city, year after year.
