We are located right off Tumkur Road. Finding the turn can be hard if you aren't paying attention. Bharat Fritz Werner Limited has been operating from this same spot for a long time. There is always a lot of activity with the machines in our large facility. It’s noisy, but that’s just part of the environment. A lot of the people here have over a decade of experience with the company. Knowing the machines inside and out comes with that time. You won't see people in suits around here. We are usually in work clothes, staying focused on what's happening on the manufacturing floor. Even with the heavy truck traffic on Tumkur Road, we manage the commute every day. While the company is big, the different departments all know each other like a small community. Keeping things running smoothly is the main goal. No fancy lobby exists here, just the main gate and the floor. Handling metal and heavy parts is our daily routine. This is honest work that we take as it comes. When things break, we fix them. That is the way it goes. Making things sound better than they are doesn't interest us. We just make stuff. Sweat and grease are part of the deal. Time goes by fast when the floor is full of orders.
