If you go down to Heggana Halli and look for the 3rd Cross, you’ll find Benaka Tools at number 6. We’ve been in Viswaneedam for a bit now, just running things from this spot. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads, though mornings can get a little loud when the neighbors are starting their day and bikes zoom past. The shop itself is packed with all kinds of tools, mostly the stuff people need for regular work like wrenches and pliers. I spend a lot of time just moving boxes around to make space. It’s a small place at No. 6, so we have to be careful where we put things or you can’t even walk through without tripping over a crate. Sometimes I forget where I put a specific socket set and have to look through the wooden drawers for ten minutes while someone waits. It’s just me and a couple of others here most of the time. We don’t really do much besides handle the tools and talk to whoever walks in from the neighborhood. The shelves are mostly wood and they’ve seen better days, but they hold the weight just fine. Viswaneedam is a decent place to be based out of, honestly. We don’t have a big office, just the workshop area and the front counter where we keep the stock. It’s a simple life, keeping the inventory straight and making sure the shop stays open. Sometimes it gets hot, so we keep a small fan going.
