Benaka Motor Driving School

Benaka Motor Driving School is based out of No. 4 on the first floor of a building on Vasanthpura Main Road. We are right in the Subramanyapura area, specifically near Yadalam Nagar and the KEB office. Being on the main road means we are right in the thick of the traffic as soon as we pull out of the gate. We’ve been helping people from the surrounding residential blocks for quite some time now. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk and some chairs where we sort out the licenses and lesson plans. We spend most of our daylight hours in the cars, going back and forth across this part of Bangalore. Learning to drive is a bit stressful for most, so we try to keep a relaxed vibe in the vehicle. We don't have any grand plans to expand or anything like that; we just focus on the people who show up every morning. We’ve seen all types, from folks who have never touched a steering wheel to those who just need a bit of practice to get their license. Every student is different, so we just take it one lesson at a time. It’s a practical business, and we stay busy mostly through word of mouth from people living around here. We just do our best to make sure the learners understand how to stay safe on these crowded roads. It’s a lot of repeating the same instructions, but that is how they learn.
