Beams Hospitals

Beams Hospitals is situated at No.640 on the 12th Main, right there on 80 Feet Road in the 4th Block of Koramangala. It is a busy stretch of road, and sometimes the dust from the street gets into the entrance area if the doors stay open too long. The hospital itself is set up in a way that makes sense once you walk around a bit. We have the reception right as you come in, and there is usually a stack of newspapers for people to read while they wait. We do not have a fancy coffee machine, just a water cooler in the corner. The days here are long, and we spend most of them walking back and forth between the different rooms. Our uniforms are a bit faded from being washed so many times, but they are comfortable for the work we do. We talk to the patients about the weather or the traffic while we help them out. It is not a very formal place. We call each other by our first names and help out with the cleaning if the janitor is busy. The 4th Block is a good place to be, even if the 80 Feet Road is a nightmare during rush hour. We just keep doing the same things every day and hope the patients feel a bit better when they leave. We also have to double-check the billing address frequently because 4th Block Koramangala and 80 Feet Road are often listed twice.
