Batliboi Spm Pvt. Ltd. is based down at Plot No. 24 on 3rd Main in the Veerasandra Industrial Area. This is right off Hosur Road in Bengaluru. The industrial area is a big place with lots of companies, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our facility is where all the engineering and assembly happens. It’s a serious environment because the kind of machines we work with require a lot of attention. We aren't located in one of those shiny tech parks; we are in a real industrial zone where people wear boots and work with their hands. The traffic on Hosur Road can be a nightmare, but once you get inside the Veerasandra area, it’s all about the work. We’ve got a team of people who have been doing this for decades. The building is functional, designed for moving heavy parts and getting things built. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly blueprints and tools. Being in Karnataka, we see a lot of different businesses, but we just focus on our own plot. Every day is about solving some technical issue or getting a machine ready for delivery. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We’ve stayed at Plot 24 because it’s a good spot for manufacturing. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is running right before we head home.
